The bravery to admit and ask for forgiveness when we have made mistakes, the courage to continue fighting even with fear running through our bones, the persistence to continue our path including all the ups and downs, and the strength to accept the sudden changes for better or for worse that life has in store for us without losing the will of improving with each step we take or the determination to help those who need it.
